No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
worked 12hrs midnights, 2 days in a row nd with the school nd other things, jst got 4 hrs of sleep,, so finaly slept for 13 hrs last nite, been eating less but not the good stuff, ate to keep myself awake, candybars, nd fast food, one big problem is working nites nd staying awake for 12 hrs, i eat at wrk not cuz m hungry but cuz m bored and sleepy, i eat most of the time whenm bored, thts wht ive noticed nd m too lazy to shake off the thought of eating nd get up do sumthng, if nyone has ny tips on tht, plzshare, m not a coffee or tea drinker,i drink hot beverages jst cuz they are sweet nd tht doesnt do ny gud at all with the wt loss
