No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well this is my second week with no loss on the scale but I did lose inches. My thighs are almost solid muscle and waist has shrank an inch and a half inch in my hips. So I think I may try only weighing in monthly from here on out. I can feel the difference and my husband says he can see the change so I am taking this as a win. I am so happy to have my nike fuelband as of this morning I have logged in 54.8 miles over the last 16 days and have burnt over 28,000 calories. Seeing these makes me realize just how active I truly am through the day and having the bracket makes me want to be more active and never miss my daily goal.

You may have not lost anything but with those cals burnt you are stronger!!
