Well well well..my thyroid condition now has me on the gluten free train. This should be fun. First on my list, find out what has gluten...sigh...
I think that it mostly resides in the carbohydrates but I am sure that it is probably in things I won't even imagine..almost like soy ;-(
Does anyone have any experience on the gluten free lifestyle? Where should I begin?
