No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Since my last vacations in september, I hurt my left foot. Not a big injure, but an all-day pain. So when I finally got to see the doctor, he forbided any sport activity for at least 10 days to prevent the pain evolving in a very bad thing.
It's been 6 days now and it has change my plan. I restarted the eating healthier part but can't do any exercice yet.
So does anyone has some advice for some sport ou exercice that won't use one of my leg ? ^^
