No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well It's time for me to own up. I have been sick this past weekend with a sinus infection and I let that go to my head. I figured there was no way I could go to the gym, I cant even breathe! While that might be true I should have done some at home videos and taken them at a lower pace. I also got sucked in the trap off, "I'm sick so I want to eat this this and that, it'll make me feel better" It didnt. At all. If anything it made me worse. So on top of a sinus infection I had an upset stomach from all the junk food I convinced myself made me "feel better". Let me just tell you lesson learned. I'm still not 100% but I'm getting back on track tomorrow, no if, ands or sneezes about it!

That's a girl.  Pick up the pieces.

Even if you don't go to the gym, you can walk outside - the cold air will do some good for the sinus'.

I'm sorry you've been sick. The upset stomach is a good reminder to keep feeding your body healthy foods! Feel better!

Good job of getting back to it-and I give you credit for not forcing yourself at the gym because 1. Your body needs time to recover. & 2. Lots of people go to the gym when they shouldn't and they end up getting others at the gym sick.  To me, that's just selfish.
