No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Sorry I have been MIA for almost a week. We just got internet working last night and I was so tired I had to wait until this morning to get on here. I got everything moved in and unpacked before hubby came home on the 4th. He's home and we're doing the little stuff around the house (like hanging towel racks, shower racks, tp holders, and blinds!). Hoping by Saturday we can have a "day off" and relax.
I've been doing well on eating only when I'm hungry and tracking on WW online when I can (before internet, the 3G was a little touch and go). I've lost three pounds this last week. :)
Here's the meal plan for today:
B: a little orange juice (my stomach is hurting--TOM and all that)
L: We're going out. I will try to stick to a side salad and something light from the menu (and only eat until I'm full--I've been doing really well with leaving food on my plate if I'm full)
D: I want to grill hotdogs tonight--or tomorrow night if tonight doesn't work out. And serve them with grilled corn on the cob.
