No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I did the Denise Austin DVD. I will not be doing it again. I did Biggest Loser Boot Camp yesterday and liked it a bit more. Tomorrow I just might do Power 90 Sculpt. I need to get in some resistance training. I had a good day at work. NO CRAP SNACKS!! The new cube is working out well for that. It is much quieter so it makes me more conscious of eating as I can hear my jaws chomping ( I have a bit of the TJM) I had 2 good day in a row with eating. Tonight I made Seitan Stew which really hit the spot since it is cold here. I made enough that there are left overs for tomorrow's lunch. I really want to lose 8 by 01/01/2013. It will give me the jump start I really need. I am thinking of trying Turbo Jam. Not sure if I am ready for Turbo Fire yet.
