No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
well its been a while since i blogged... 8 months... a lot longer than planned..
since last blog, well im sad to say i gained 20pounds. But I am to blame. having a boyfriend and dating tends to take you to breakfast and lunches and dinners.. where you tend to eat everything on the plate... so i am really the only one to blame on the weight gain..
a coworker of my sisters has been doing the body by vi challenge, and has almost hit her goal weight since feb doing minimal exercise. so we decided to try it out, seems my sister has actually seen this weight loss/meal replacement shake work.
we decided and ordered the shake mixes the friday before last, and recieved them on thurs. so the weightloss journey was decided. and then the boyfriend broke up with me.. .... yup.. BUT im not gonna let that stop me from my weight loss.. I gained 20lbs with him and easily 20lbs prior do to the previous break up plus another 20-40 while with last ex... so thats 80 pounds due to being with a guy!! 80 freakin pounds!! ugh! So now its time to get rid of the ex(tra) weight..
so heres the plan:
30 day challenge - 2 shakes a day with light snacks, and one small meal. light exercise including walking 4 days a week, possibly some jump roping.. measurements to be taken at end of 30 days. weigh ins every friday morning.
2 week challenge break - in europe, so no shakes. walking.. A LOT sight seeing of course
90 day challenge - will put me at about christmas eve.. so goal for that is to bring up the light exercise to moderate walking daily, with jogging everyother. jump roping every other day. I would love to see a good number drop.. measurements every 30 days, weigh ins every friday.
overall i dont have a weight goal, but a size in clothing. I currently wear torrid size 20/22 jeans and a size 2-3 shirt.. 2xl in regular clothing. I would LOVE to be back into a size 0 in torrid shirts which boils down to like an xl in say forever 21. and be in a size 15/16 jeans. that would bring me back to highschool size, which even then i thought i was heavy..
So today is day two of my challenge. and thus far.. im hungry! haha itll take a few days for my body to get used to the shakes, but im happy to be starting a new journey.
ill do my best to blog daily.. but at minimal fridays for weigh ins..
