No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Spent the weekend entertaining guests = booze + rubbish food. We usually ate 2 meals per day though so that wasn't too bad.
I finally went to the gym yesterday (didn't work out for a week) and I felt out of shape. My trainer kicked my ass. LOVE IT.
I will go to central park to run today- will attempt another 7.7 miler again or maybe 6 miles... depends on how I feel. I have another session with the trainer tomorrow.
Then I am off for a trip Fri-Mon... I usually do long runs during the weekend but I guess I can't do it this weekend.
All these trips/ guest entertainment is disrupting my training schedule for the half marathon! Terrible.
Eating wise, I don't know why I'm always so hungry. I brought an entire container of strawberries to snack on for today. I don't really have food at home since I'm gonna be travelling this weekend but I guess I can just eat frozen vegetables. Right now I only have spinach and frozen peas. Maybe I'll buy a can of veg and eat it tonight.
Maybe you need a balance of everything not to be hungry--like enough protein, fruit/veg, and carbs/breads etc?
I find if I do too much on the veggies in one meal or not enough protein, I feel hungry shortly thereafter also.

And I agree with Keem, if I eat too much fruits/veggies, I will feel hungry faster. Good luck!
