No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I hope everyone is doing well! I am back at it and feeling better and better each moment. Molly started school yesterday and things went great! She is happy and excited to go back today! I could not feel more relieved!
Yesterday I had time to sit and think and reflect. I put a plan in place for myself that I think is going to help me reach my goals.
My ULTIMATE goal is to be happy and healthy.
My sub goals to help me attain my ultimate goal are to eat healthy, exercise and laugh as much as possible.
I have found that rewards really motivate me. So I made myself a reward system. As of yesterday I wanted to lose 20 pounds. I decided to give myself a reward every 2 pounds. I knew this was going to cost me money... but I am worth it. If I have to cut back in other expenses for now- that is what I need to do.
