No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

My first day without diet soda & back to logging points daily

Today is day 1 of my no-diet-soda goal.  So far, it's going ok.  I'm truly less hungry.  I'm currently waiting for my mexican style portabella mushroom pizzas to finish baking (http://greenlitebites.com/2012/01/30/mexican-style-portobello-mushr...)** and I have not taken to raiding the pantry.  That's a good sign!

**Update: OMG!  The portabella mushroom pizzas were sooooooo good!  I am absolutely stuffed too.  I highly recommend trying them!

 

So far today:

Breakfast:

Subway egg white muffin melt, 3 points

Fuze beverage, 0 points

Coffee w/ creamer, 2 points

 

Herbal tea, 0 points

 

Lunch:

Roni's Laughing Cow tuna salad w/ a little xtra tuna: 4 points

1 Arnold sandwich thin, 1.5 points

Pretzels, 4 points

Seltzer, 0

 

Dinner:

(baking right NOW..haven't taken a bite yet, but excited to do so soon)...

Roni's Mexican Style Portabello Mushroom Pizza's, 4 points

Sandwich thin w/ laughing cow cheese, 2 points

 

Total: 20.5 so far...

Great job staying away from the DC! I saw the pizza recipe and it does look so delicious!

Those mushroom pizzas kept me full all night - so much so, I actually ate fewer than my daily allotted points!  I was simply uninterested in eating more.  I am going to make them again & will try to come up with several variations.
