My challenges – My biggest challenges is drinking enough water, it hard for to get pass 45ozs a day.
The positive – I’m adding new food to my diet, and enjoying eating healthy.

How I honor my body and soul – I moved out of my comfort, hopefully I will grow and change as the weeks go by.
My meals – this week was one egg white for breakfast, cottage cheese for lunch and tuna for dinner
My workouts- I walked 10 minutes 3 times this week
My weigh -in - I lost 2.5pounds
