WEEK 1 on an 800 calories diet high protein shakes only.
My challenges –was to drink 64oz of water a day.
The positive - was I made the week on protein shakes
My inspiration - was the word Believe, to confidences in the truth.
How I honor my body and soul- with laughter- “the most waste of a day is one without laughter” E. Cummings
My meals -were easy a protein shake for every meal.
My workouts- I walked 10 minutes 3 times this week
My weigh- in I lost 10.5 pounds WOOHOO, which was great a start, my goal is 3 pounds a week.
I want to be supportinve, but, 800 calories just isn't enough. Don't just blindly follow any old plan. Research a little. Look up BMR and starvation mode. I hope week 2 isn't as grueling for you. :)
Comment by Jessica Green on October 23, 2012 at 5:30pm I had used a liquid protein diet the first week i began my weight loss journey and lost 13 pounds that week and then started a regular diet. A lot of times doctors will support a liquid protein diet for someone that is severely over weight. I was morbidly obese starting at 266 and when you weigh that much its hard to exercise but you do want to pay attention to your body while on it. It shrinks your stomach so you consume less f=and it takes less to fill you up. I also do a mini protein liquid diet to break through long plateaus. Congratulations on your success!!! Be careful with it and listen to your body.
Congrats on your loss. I liked your inspiration. I think I will use it myself.
