No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I feel like I have finally gotten over my funk! Hallelujah! I've got myself all psyched up to stay on point this week and hopefully it will show on the scale! I think just blogging about it & seeking motivation helped! I found weight loss blogs & Youtube videos and it really boosted me!
Today's plan:
Breakfast
Banana Bread oatmeal (352)
Snack:
apple, light cheese stick (123)
Lunch:
Salad with Tuna, Garden veggie soup 1 square of Trader Joe's 72% chocolate ( forgot I had planned on tuna yesterday & used chicken instead. So today I used the rest of the tuna) (211)
Snack:
Plain Chobani w/ stevia, cinnamon & strawberries, triscuits (183)
Dinner:
Turkey Pizzaiola, sample of my homemade pizza, (332)
Drank water & tea throughout the day :)
Total 1200
