No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Ok, I was afraid for no reason at all. They didn't do the arthrogram after all. Not because they lost the needle or anything. They didn't do it because after the first round of MRI images the technician noticed that my shoulder was broken. So I'm back in a sling indefinitely and I have to wait to see what is so "messed up" about my shoulder. The tech had to tell me my shoulder was broken so that I would wear the sling and not move my arm, but she couldn't tell me anything else. She said as she was getting me out of the machine, "Well, babe, your shoulder is really messed up." And then when I asked why we didn't do the arthrogram, she told me it was broken. But I'm guessing, if I still have to meet with the surgeon, there is a bit more to it. Fingers crossed I don't need surgery or anything crazy. That my shoulder will heal by itself, on its own. :)
Have a good day!
Oh Brandy. I am so sorry to hear that your shoulder is in such distress. I hope the doctor can move you toward getting healed soon. I hope you don't need surgery. Fingers crossed!
