No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Went for a 3 mile run on Tuesday early morning. It is SO FREAKING HOT in Minneapolis....
Then went for a 21 mile bike ride before heading out to the 4th of July festivities. Again, went for the early morning hours because our temps are inching toward 100 during the day...with feels like temperatures reaching 112 degrees.
This morning I woke up and swam 1,500 yards in about 45 minutes at the gym pool. Felt good to cool off. Many more workouts ahead of me, but I'm getting there. I am DAMNED and determined to be an IRONWOMAN.

26.2 mile (full marathon) run. I've done two full marathons before...no big deal tacking on a 2.4 mile swim and a 112 mile bike ride to the front end. HA. Actually...it's kind of a huge deal and a lot of work. But I'm up for it.
I will get there.
