No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Thanks for your comments everyone. I felt pretty horrible last night but I've decided to work on myself and make myself feel good rather than let boys ruin it,
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, coffee with skim milk
Lunch: Brown rice, wonton soup, fish and chicken
Snack: string cheese, cottage cheese, green tea, pack of pretzels
Dinner: ground chicken with salsa, spinach salad with artichoke, tomatoes, glass of skim milk, green tea
Workout: ran 30min, 40 push ups, 30 sit ups
My mattress is soft so its been hurting my back so much. Therefore I ordered a 4 inch memory foam pad, I can't wait for it to be delivered. I went grocery shopping and intended to buy ground turkey. I realized it was ground chicken when I got home... they really look alike.

My mother and grandmother used to put a big piece of wood underneath her mattress to increase the firmness and support. Give that a try if the memory foam doesn't help. (BTW--just as a warning to you-when you sleep on one of those pads-the same as when you use a memory foam pillow--it makes you sweat more-like it traps the body heat in there-so don't be surprised if you wake up sweaty sometimes or don't need as many blankets!)
