No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Day was great! Worked out to Jillian Michaels this morning Then went to the Y with Angie and did a great work out on the tredmill didnt put my incline down past 3.0 at all!! Went up to incline 10.0 for 5 minutes 3x. YAYYY!! Went to walmart after and got Jillian MIchaels Ripped in 30 and going to start that tomorrow morning. I'm so pumped to try it!! I love her interval system of 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minutes abs x3. 20 minutes work out that will kick your butt! Gotta get some better weights though.
My eating was also great today had meal replacement shake for breakfast, Baked chicken and a yogurt for lunch, a no fat superfuit smoothie with 15g protien for a snack and baked chicken and a salad for dinner! I feel great! I hope i can keep up this good spirit!
