No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
It can be scary when I have too many good days in a row. I ate well and did the Ramp It Up DVD. I feel great.
The menu today:
Breakfast - Banana w/tablespoon of peanut butter & blueberries
Snack - Cherries, watermelon, grapes & more blueberries
Snack 2 - 1 date
Lunch- Salad & Wholegrain pita w/fat free hummus
Dinner - Blackbean & veggie enchiladas
Did I tell you? My scale finally bit the dust so I couldn't weigh in last week. A good thing since I was on vacation. I did pick up a new one so this week's weigh in could be scary. Sometimes when we change scales we find out just how off ours were! I am sure after the first 2 weigh ins I will be comfortable with it. The main thing is to see a loss. I am still working toward 10 pounds gone by 10/01, I am not sure I will be able to do it since it is 9 weeks away and I am lucky if I can lose a pound a week. I am so glad the work week is winding down. I've still not caught up.
