No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Well today is measurement day and interview day....plus I am down another lb day:)
The neck is down an inch overall.
My waist (where I measure my belly) is down 3 inches since April and my hips (below the belly) are down 4 inches since april:) And one inch off each of my thighs. So that is ten inches lost!
I know I am smaller on top, as I now fit into a bunch of my size 18 suit coats, still a 22 in the bottom. I think I am a pear:) But works out well for todays Skype interview as I look great in my fav suit jacket:)

So what have you been doing to reduce these inches? Any particular exercise program?
Comment by Meg H on July 21, 2012 at 8:22am I walk 2-3 miles every day (3.0-3.5 mph), and I do zumba at least twice a week. That is it for exercise. The rest is veggies, lean proteins, lower carb (but not no carb), and healthy fats. That is all.
Congrats on all the inches loss. I have been wondering if it were a particular exercise program as I am looking for something new to try. I am on week 5 of Slim in 6 and I just don't know what I want to try next!
