Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Yesterday I did Legs Bums and Tums.  Great name, great class.  I spent quite a bit of time on MFP learning about it.  I like it.  I think I am going to use it for the time being.  Counting calories works well for me.

Today is a quiet day for me.  Danny is traveling in India so it is Molly and I for the week.  We are going on a walk (not like the other day I hope) and a picnic. 

Tomorrow we are taking the train to London to see Wicked.  Danny got us tickets before he left.  I am so excited!

Thanks Sharon.  MFP is My Fitness Pal. It is a website (free) where you can track your calories, fat, sugar, protein....  There is a community of support as well.  It is worth checking out!

wicked sounds wicked :) HAHahaha! I love musiclas! and london's a great city to check some out! I checked MFP as well. But I haven't quite got the hang of the counting calories thing. But do what works best for you!

Oh, how fun!  I hope you have a wonderful time with your daughter!  Sorry your hubby is gone again--and to INDIA, WOW!  It sounds like you are beginning to get adjusted to the new home and the new culture.  :)
