No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So I just read my last blog post, and it's been awhile since I have been on here and I'm back for more support. Since my last weight entry of 150.2, I am back up to 155.3...I don't feel bad since I have worked out that last two days, but ugh-without working out I feel like shiiii....poop. lol. I want to get down to 140 in the worst way...maybe 144. I don't know if that's maintainable, but we'll see. Oh! And if you read my last blog entry, I went to Traverse City.... and I got engaged! My fiance asked me:) It was so cute. So yeah....I also have a wedding to get in shape for! So that is definitely an incentive. Engagement pictures coming up and I need to get my weight back down before then. Thanks for all your support everyone! I am also counting down the school days. 15 and a half more and then summer breaaaaak! Waaahoooo!!:)
I want to say good bye to the 150's in the worst way.. WE got this! :) :)
I was 155.0 at weight watchers a month ago. then a +.2 gain, a week of staying the same, a .4 gain and then a 1.2 gain =156.8 I have had a cold for the last 4 days which means I have done nothing but eat and NOT work out! silly! I woke up this morning telling myself I have to WANT THIS!
