The past 2 weeks have been filled with illness last week my family, this week all but 1 daycare child. So far other than feeling tired at the end of the day I am feeling normal and have been keeping up my workouts. I haven't done real well with my racking my calories but even though I haven't seen a change on the scale I have in my hips and thighs. I am looking forward to getting my fuel band and trying out some new workouts that I've found. I have also been diagnosed with caffeine sensitivity so I am now giving up my 1 cup of coffee and my tea since both seem to cause me a lot of body aches as well as headaches. I am hoping to see more improvement as the weeks go by. But for now I am going to settle in with a good book and hope to start getting every back Monday healthy and happy.
