Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I use to always get these at starbucks and loved them. I see that they now have them as there promo or something. Well I decide to make my own at home for a couple of reasons. I need more calcium, I need cheap, and I have TONS of tea at home. So here is my own version of a London Fog Tea.

12 ounces FF milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tea bag of Earl Grey Tea
Sweetener to your liking (I don’t think it needs it)

In small pan pour milk and vanilla. Heat on high which whisking quickly for about 1-2 mins or until steaming. The whisking will create almost like a froth. Pour milk mixture into cup and steep tea for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bag and enjoy.

It has such a great warm, creamy, sweet, taste. I love to have it for breakfast, mid day snack, or as my night time snack. It’s one of my favorites, and it takes pretty close to starbucks just without the fancy espresso machine that steams the milk for you!

Already copied to a word doc for myself. I'll have to try this when I'm working from home!

That sounds really good... I will sometimes just add vanilla to regular earl grey tea, but having it made with milk sounds WAY better!
