No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I can't believe that I'm down to the last 2 weeks of this program!!! It does not end after this, I'm still looking for what exercise program to begin next. I have my eye on a couple but have yet to make a decision. I don't have much to report. I've been following the workouts and I eat a super clean diet but I don't always follow the meal plan to a tee. I just can't eat fish & veggies at 10:30 in the morning lol! I drink about a gallon of water every day. I'm satisfied and love eating this way. The weight training is still my fave while I'm still not loving the cardio much. The best part is that I still feel super motivated to keep up all the hard work!
