No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I wasn't sure if I wanted to start a new DVD today. I was going to start Biggest Loser Boot Camp, but decided to do 1st DVD of the 1st month of Insanity. I am thinking for this week I will just do a different 1 for each cardio day and do Power 90 Sculpt DVD since it is such a good overall resistance workout for the resistance days. Maybe I'll start next week with BL Boot Camp. Today we had a really laid back kind of day. I kept calories low and worked out. My menu today
Breakfast - Panera Plain Bagel w/ 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Lunch - 2 Lefse with Red Pepper Hummus
2.9 oz red grapes
Snack - Earnest Choco Peanutbutter Bar
Dinner - Butt Burning Burritos (homemade w/fatfree refried beans,broccoli,onions,
peppers, garlic, salsa and brown rice on Food For Life Brown Rice Tortillas)
My gratitude entries for today
1. I am so grateful to finally lose weight this week
2. I am grateful that GOD loves me even when I am not acting lovable.
