No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
This is the first time m blogging, lol. Most of the time peope tell me that m ok, i dont need to loose weight, but thn most of the time I am in scrubs, which dont realy fit u rite, nd they dont show my fat, but the only time i was honest abt my wt, thst was wen i told my brother in law taht i weigh 140 lbs, which is actually 4 lbs lesser thn wht i weigh, the response was, "wow, thats a lottt", it hurts, but i wanna take it as a chellenge, and i have till january to go, so plzz plzzz ny tips any ideas, ny experiences, plz i beg u to share those with me, cuz i need them.Glad to b part of this blog.
140 isn't a lot! Your brother needs to be better educated. :P
Consider using a free site like myfitnesspal or thedailyplate for guidance! Lots of us on here use them!
