No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So last week was crazy! We're in the process of buying our first home, I'm trying to finish up my degree and if those things weren't stressful enough my husband and children were in a car accident last week as well. My new eating philosophy had all but gone out the window.
So today after the crazy weekend of holiday eating I'm getting back on track. I had lost five lbs so far and I'm sure I've gained that back, I didn't have the heart to get back on the scale today. But no one said you couldn't start over, even if everyday is a do-over on some level, eventually you'll get back in your swing.
It may take me a few days to get back in my swing but that's where I want to be, back in my swing of eating better and moving more. And I'm going to make an honest effort to get to the gym in the morning. I had all but given up diet cokes and I can't even count how many I had last week.
I will not give up! I'm determined to get my eating life back on track!
