Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Ah, once again I have learned my lesson. If I don't prepare I will most likely not do well! I knew this I really did, but yet I didn't bring any food with me to work today! I didn't eat breakfast and when I did have a break after a stressful morning, I thought about going to subway but ended up going to Mcdonald's. I got two cheeseburgers and a small mocha frappe. I havent had a frappe in ten days until today and it really wasnt even that good but I finished it. Then my friend invited me to lunch and we went to Olive Garden. Soup with breadsticks, half a pizza, and then cake! Whoops. I felt sick afterwards and it really wasn't even that good. So I learned my lesson once again and tonight I preparing my food for tomorrow!

I went to the giant grocery store today that I ate because it is ALWAYS packed with people who walk annoying slow. I only went there because of the prices and the deli, but stupid me got there late and the deli was closed. So I had to get packaged turkey:( The small grocery store in my town doesnt have a deli so it'll have to do for a few days. But I got tooons of fruit, I like to buy the fruit already cut up even tho its alittle more it means I dont have to do it. I got some kiwi too! I also found little snack size packages of apples with a small side of carmel, they were only a dollar! Perfect for lunch or just snacks they are 90 calories with the carmel. I want to start doing a weekly grocery trip maybe every sundays. I am going to premake a bunch of the turkey sandwiches that I eat so I can just grab and go.

I have an easy work day tomorrow, and I am planning on stopping at the gym on the way home to do weights. Maybe I will ride the bike there or I will come home and do some walking. I need to start exercising regularly!

This morning I hurt my back while lifting a gigantic Rottweiler, then I had to restle with it to get its nails done, it would NOT stand up. So my back hurt all day and I cant go to the chiropractor bc I dont have health insurance, thanks again for that Dad:( Maybe it'll feel better tomorrow and I only have one big dog to lift, the rest are small.

I am reading Skinny Bitch right now, I've skimmed through it before but never really read all of it. Have you guys read it?

Sorry to hear about your back.  Hope it feels better tomorrow (sooner is even better).  We have to go to this giant grocery store and there are people who go there to hang out and get free samples.  They stand with their giant carts in the middle of the aisle and since we have two kids, our time is limited, my patience is limited.  Not fun.

I've done the lack of prep thing before and also regretted it.

Hope you feel better soon! :)
