No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I still can't believe it. I'm going back to work tomorrow. Ooooppss. Make that today since it is now after midnight as I write this. Maybe I can look at it like it's not official - like really official - until the kids show up next week. Right?
Today was good. I actually did some planning for school but not enough. Not nearly enough. Oh well.
Because of lunch my calories were higher than usual by 3pm (1200) but the lunch really filled me up for a long time.
I went to the gym and I did an entire 60 minutes on the elliptical. If only the Olympics were on all the time! Ha! I couldn't tear myself away from it because I didn't want to miss anything!
After the gym we came home, showered and went to the movies. What a relaxing way to finish off the last day of summer vacay. I did have a medium caramel popcorn and a bottle of water at the movies. They said they didn't have anything smaller than a medium. What? Huh? I don't get it. I have no idea how many calories are in the popcorn and I decided not to be hard on myself and just enjoy it.
Oh, and I came straight home and packed my food for tomorrow. They are serving us a nice breakfast tomorrow. I'll try to eat before I go or be really careful!
Sorry, I'll have to catch up on posts tomorrow. I'm beat right now and have to get up early.
Day 7 - alcohol-free challenge successful (although I must figure out how to deal with happy hour invites for Friday)
Breakfast: coffee, oatmeal, almond milk, pb, coconut, cocoa (400)
Snack: zucchini w/ dip (100)
Lunch: 1 ww thin (100) w/ smoked steelhead (125), cream cheese (150) mixed w/ a few sundried tomatoes (no oil) (30), 1 tomato (30)
Snack: 1.5 servings veggie chips w/ yogurt dip (250)
Dinner: 1 ww thin w/ 2 tbsp of almond butter and a drizzle of honey (300)
Snack: 1 medium bucket of caramel popcorn
**I couldn't help it and did some research and I'm estimating that bucket cost me anywhere between 600-900 calories. I did read that Cinemark uses canola oil to pop theirs and it wasn't very sweet. So, can I take 600? lol **
Exercise: 1 hour elliptical - 630 cals
