No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
OMG, this kitten is driving me insane. Well, so are my kids so it's not that bad. My daughter screeches "KeeeeeeTTEN!!!" in the highest voice I've ever heard. I think it can pop bat's ear drums. My goodness, little girls can screech.
My husband went to get a hair cut ("to get rid of [his] white hair") because he looked like a homeless guy. He came back with the best Chinese food EVER from anywhere in the world. The restaurant is a block away from his barber. I thought he'd forget I had asked him to bring me some four days ago... he remembered. It was amazing. I hadn't eaten that plate since I was pregnant with my little boy (almost a year ago!).
Before that, I went to the gym in the rain, took my daughter so she could get out of the house for a while. The lights went off two minutes before the class started but they came right back on. My daughter and all the children in the day care were freaked out so I had to leave. She was having none of it. Tears, shivering... the works. She was fine once we got in the car but I was bummed because I had skipped two days of workouts. I came home and did two 10-minute arm blasters. It blasted me alright, my arms were shaking by the end.
I have been taking some supplement for my skin, hair and nails. I want to grow my hair faster and I researched googled that biotin would help. Well, the supplement is making me less hungry. As in, I have to remember to eat. It may all be in my head, it doesn't advertise that it stops hunger. Maybe it's my crazy self going crazier. They do have half of the calcium amount my doctor recommended to take a day, so yay. That means one less pill.
Oh yeah, kitten picture!!
This is Olivia at 10ish weeks. Black cats always look fake in pictures. At least mine, I can't photograph a flower. She looks like a miniature grown cat. She's never looked like a kitten! I find her adorable. She's laying behind the laptop getting all the heat. Crazy cat.
Oh, yeah. I have a running date at 5:30 a.m. tomorrow. Rain or shine. I have packed my bag and made the overnight oats, coffee is also in fridge. Just need to get dressed, add ice to coffee, pack oats, grab keys/cell and go. I'm ready to try out my knee. The rain or barometric pressure made it hurt but only for random moments. It pulses once or twice and it goes away for the entire day. It's weird because it doesn't hurt when I move. Or when I sit, it just pulses at weird intervals... anyway.
I'm babbling.
So glad you have someone to run with!
Comment by Brandy on July 14, 2012 at 12:38pm What a day! Sorry you couldn't work out at the gym yesterday but at least you can go running! Hope it's a blast. The pain in my shoulder does the same thing--it doesn't always hurt, and when it does it is never in an oh-that-makes-sense sort of way. Hope it lets you get in some running.
