No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today was passable but I could have done a lot better. If you are food packer (like pack all your food for work) do you ever go through those phases where just about nothing sounds good to eat for the day? I've had a few this week where I just forced myself to pack my food and tonight was no different. I feel sick of everything that I eat. Maybe it's just eating pretty much the same thing day in and out. I do vary dinner quite a bit....well, sorta. I just don't have time or energy right now to try anything new and I pack the fastest things I can throw in my lunch kit.
I have really neglected connecting with my BTL buddies this week and I'm sorry for that. I don't really like coming on just to post and leave but right now I'm just way too behind.

Breakfast: coffee, plain yogurt, oatmeal bar (400)
Lunch: leftover salmon, rice, green beans (~600)
Snack: 2 egg whites spread with 1 LC (80),
Dinner: baba ganoush/lentil chips (200), 3/4 bagel w/ 2 LC, 1 slice of swiss and lean roast beef (~500)
Exercise: planned off day
