No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
still on track! I ended up going to the gym and doing 45 min of cardio yesterday. I also made shrimp with barley and a salad for dinner. Today has been a crazy day since I have school and work, my Tuesdays and Thursdays are always crazy. I grabbed my oatmeal on the way out the door and grabbed a southwest salad and yogurt parfait from McD's for lunch. Here is my meals so far for today.
Kashi go lean oatmeal - 150
McD salad with balsamic dressing - 360
yogurt parfait - 160
Total - 670
