Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I am having issues with being really hungry at lunch-but not at dinner-I guess that what balance is all about-I could eat more at night -but I asked myself -are you hungry-answer no-then go and exercise-that seems to be the answer for me alot lately-so while BL is on I will be on my bike-and yelling at the TV-How do you beef up your lunches to stay on your plan-

I bring several snacks along with my lunches. I try to pick fruit, fat free cereal, fat free fig bars. By eating small snacks in between meals seems to have helped.
