No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
well my knee has been pain free for awhile now-so I upped my walking-and that feels so good-today I loved how I ate-Gnu bar for B- Lunch was a 6 inch blimpie and dinner was my favorite-salmon salad, 3wasa crakers 1 cuccumber and a cup of strawberries-filling and it just made me feel so healthy-also drink 4 cups of ginger green tea-PEEing-my outlook on life these days is so up-On Mon I will have my 2 month ann. of NO SUGAR-wow-I want to keep this feeling -I just feel so darn good-about life and my journey in it-
