No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
so what do you do when your are feeling blah-well I use to eat because I was bored-oh not going to do that-go shopping nope -no money-how about riding the bike-exercise always makes you feel better-watch afternoon TV-and veggie out-that sounds like a plan-good choice-I so love talking to myself-I find out how really smart I am-Got to go and work on the jouney-
When I am down, popping in an exercise DVD helps. Curling up with a good book is relaxing too. We just have to not eat when bored. I try to determine if it is hunger or something else (boredom or craving)
