No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
writing at this post-seems to be freeing me-I looked at what I wrote and went YES-that is what is happening to me-removing sugar from my eating -has helped me feel better inside and out-I feel like the fog has lifted-and I lift my face to the sun-feel the warmth and smile-yes today I am liking myself-today I can live without sugar-today I can do Badass Pilitates-and walk away smiling and saying wow -you did that-I also realized this week-that I like easy lunches and dinners-no thinking-please-so I tried a Amy light frozen dinner-over my broccoli and I was happy-240cal for dinner-and I was stuffed-finding out that I like fast and easy and different tastes is an eye opening situation-makes my life easier and healthy-So I learned something new about myself today-and my journey is moving nicely along
I have tried several Amy frozen dinners and they can be tasty. But making quick 1 pot dishes can be just as low calorie and just as easy. I agree on the sugar findings. Sugar is such a nasty thing. It can just wreak havoc on ones body for sure. I have not been able to eliminate it but I have cut way down and I feel so much better.
That's great that you're trying new things and learning about yourself.
I remember when I discovered Sugar Free balsamic vinegar dressing for salads--it was tasty and very low in calories (or was it zero cals?) and I went ape on it for a while with it on spinach. :P
