Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I'd like to set small goals for the month, with the hope that each small goal will eventually lead to the overall goal come December 31st.  - (2013 Goals)

  • Mill-Time: Spend 15 minutes each morning on the treadmill.  Making this a standing appointment to chat with God as well.
  • Commit to three nights p/week in the DoJo.
  • Commit to three distance walks p/week with my gal Ashley.  Get to a consistent 16 minute mile.
  • Track food 30 Days straight @ LiveStrong - regardless of how bad the day might turn out.

My biggest downfall in the past has been that I tend to look at the big picture instead setting my sights on the smaller pieces in the puzzle.  This has tended to cause defeat.   My task at hand seems so incredibly daunting and I hadn't been able to get beyond a couple of weeks without completely falling off the wagon.

I know its been only a week, but I'm feeling very motivated to press on this time.  Determined to run the race in such a way that I find the endurance to earn the prize.

Great job setting small goals. They seem much more achievable and you have some great motivation right now! I sometimes just focus on one day or one meal at a time.

Excellent and do-able goals.  Keep focusing on those and the big picture will fall together beautifully.
