Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I went for a mani pedi yesterday. Such a good way to wind down/ relieve myself from stress. I left feeling so relaxed! 

I slept only 3 hours last night though, had to finish up some work at home. 

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast, a bit of PB, a bit of cream cheese, HUGE Coffee with skim milk

Lunch: brown rice, chicken brocoli

Snack: green tea

Dinner: girls night out :) Going for a nice 3 course dinner.. then cocktails. I will try not eat too much bread at diner, just one slice. And for my main course, def going for the protein (rather than pasta dishes). Cocktails after- will limit myself to one.

Workout: not happening. I'm doing some retail therapy right before dinner.. so a bit of walking.
