No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I just came back from the track and i feel great!!
To be honest, this was my first serious training for my 5K race on november 11th!
The times before i was just walking and waiting for the time to go by!!
But this time i enjoyed it! A lot! c25k was a good motivation!
At the end i was out of breath but i loved it!! Cant wait to hit the track tomorrow!
