No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
So I decided to run at lunch and it was much hotter than I anticipated. I still ran my 2.6 km route in 21minutes. Not bad considering how much I stopped. My breathing was bad and that was after a couple puffs on my inhaler!! Anyways, I did do 60 minutes (with some walking breaks) on the treadmill yesterday. Feeling good...especially as I now think my running belt is too big and I will have to buy a smaller one!! I am also trying to eat more natural foods...definitely need to eat lots of fruit and veggies. Generally feeling good. Thinking I need to pick a 10km race to aim for in the autumn. Hope others are doing well!!
