No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

so far I have been doing ok. not great but ok. the weekend I mean.

Friday night I went out with my mum enjoying a girls night. we went to some kind of music concert in our small town. it was taking place outside.. I had a salad with chicken breast which was nice. I had two glasses of wine. but I did safe some extra point for that evening so I was fine when it comes to the points.

yesterday I did ok. for lunch we had a beef steak with a salad. in the afternoon we went to town with a friend and it was such nice day we decided to have a cocktail.. not the best decision but oh well. in the evening we were invited to my aunty's house. we had a bbq. so I have had salads and meat. which was ok. but then I had a tiny piece of cake and a spoonful of tiramisu. it could have been way worse!! but still it could have been way better.

today..so far I've had some brown bread with some cheese. for lunch it's gonna be beef with salads and for dinner I'm planning on having a fruit bowl and a yoghurt. still some points for a glass of wine with hubs!:D

ok is ok sometimes!  :)  You are making mindful choices and paying attention to what you are eating!  I think that is better than ok!

It's hard to go out and be in social settings and be completely in control. It sounds like you did well considering the circumstances!
