No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
Today was a whirlwind at work. But I got through it and survived. The plan was to go to the football game tonight but....it's been pouring for an hour. If it doesn't stop, the game will be miserable. I missed the last game because of the rain too.
I am tired today. But I run again tomorrow. I found the days I run, I'm more alert, in a better mood, and feel good about myself. :)
Here's the meal plan today:
B: banana w/2 tbsp pb
L: 2 pieces of 35 cal bread with 1 serving pepperoni and 1 slice pepperjack cheese; 100 cal. almonds; 1 serving veggie straws
D: 4 slices (I'm being honest. I thought about saying two and trying to stick to it tonight, but I know I'll eat four slices) of pizza from the local pizza joint. We were going to grill chicken and I could, technically, bake it instead, but hubby wants pizza and I'm too tired to argue my way and then cook it. Pizza it is. Everything in moderation, right? Just as long as it doesn't happen over and over, I will be okay.
I have TOM and am feeling run-down. I think a nap is in order before dinner. Then some pizza, then, if the rain slows down, off to the game. If it doesn't slow down, I will stay snuggled at home and watch a fun movie maybe.
