No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
.....and I should be in bed or at least trying to get to sleep. The thing is I came home today and slept for 2 hours and it was totally unintentional. I changed clothes and just kind of flopped on my back on the bed. You know that 'whew, the work day is over' relieved feeling that usually lasts a couple of seconds?! So, two hours later I could only conclude that I needed it. It was still hard to get to the gym. I really had to push myself because I had such a deep sleep. I was just craving that 'after workout' feeling and was so glad I went. Afterwards, we ate out. I ordered tortilla soup and roasted veggies but they forgot the veggies so I just had the soup. I want to call not ordering one or two of the awesome margaritas an nsv but the truth is I was pretty sweaty and I just wanted water to hydrate. That's about it.
Oh yeah - and tomorrow is FRIDAY!!!
Breakfast: coffee, plain yogurt, granola, fresh berries
Lunch: salad with leftover roasted chicken breast
Snack: fruit/nut bar
Snack #2: 1/2 cheese sandwich on ww w/ low fat mayo, a few slivers of grilled chicken
Dinner: bowl of tortilla soup which seemed fairly healthy and really filled me up, a few bites of husband's carnitas - no tortilla
Exercise: 50 minutes spinning class (husband went with me to the class and hung for 20 minutes and said he liked it! proud of him!)
