No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I can't believe I have had 3 fantastic days in a row. After my week off from eating healthy, no Power 90 or Slim in 6, and no tracking...I realize how much better I feel and how much better I sleep eating healthy and exercising most days. I guess I was in a burn out mode. I just lost focus on just how important it is in order to feel good. I am on week 6 of Slim in 6. I do see a difference, but realize it will take me a few rounds of this program. I am thinking after this week I'll do a hybrid of Slim in 6 and Power 90. These beachbody programs have truly worked and I recommend them to everyone. As for today's healthy eating plan:
Breakfast -Banana w/tablespoon of peanutbutter & fresh blueberries
Snack - 1 date and a combo of watermelon, grapes & more blueberries
Lunch - Salad, 1 cup leftover broccoli noodle soup & 2 celery stalks
Snack - Pita w/hummus
Dinner - Salad and Blackbean & Tofu Stew
I think I am finally eating enough so I am not hungry. I tried the 3 meals a day no snacking, but I just feel better with at least 2 snacks in between meals.
