Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Well this week i didnt loose any pound but I didnt gain neither. I want to loose 0.8 t get to my 25 pounds down goal and is very hard!!
Its a very stressful month too. Too many things going on in my life right now.

Stress makes your body hold on to weight--it may not be a very scientific observation--but it is so true for me.  Drink lots of water--you will get there!
