No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

lol literally. Been kickboxing and trying to keep my food in check. Most of the time its been alright. I got sick this weeknd that sort of blew it for the workouts but Im feeling better tonight. I did 40 minutes of Jillians Kickboxing.  I was up in weight last time I got on the scale I cant even remember what it was but I KNOW that on the 3rd of Jan I was 178 as of today.....

BTW- I miss my karate classes such an awesome core workout.  So I know you are loving the kick boxing.

Glad you are feeling better. It is tough to work out when you're sick. I took a kick boxing class & it was a blast. Talk about a sweat fest. Congrats on the loss. You are doing great.
