It's been a really rough two months but I'm back. Current weight: 158. Goal: Shed 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks.

Welcome back. 1 pound a week sounds quite reasonable and with better weather here, it should be easier to get outside and move.

Welcome back, my friend. I too have been gone for quite some time. Last week I started counting calories. I felt like I needed a change and that is something I have never done before. Looking forward to hearing updates from you!
