No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I don't really have much to report. Still kicking it with Slim in 6. I've been bringing extra fruit to work so I am less likely to snack on the crap that is available. I did some nibbling but nothing I can't live with. I hung tough for 90% of the week. I am a work in progress on this eating thing. Not ready to go too extreme on some of the diets I've read about. I have to find a balance with a plan I can live with that is designed for Paula! I just need to work my diet just like I do exercise.
Comment by Jill Mace on July 27, 2012 at 3:35am I am with you Paula. A work in progress on the eating thing. It is so hard. Unlike you though- I am ready to go to extremes. Not a starvation diet or fad diet- just a calorie controlled diet. Or the 17 Day Diet with My Fitness Pal to make sure I am eating enough calories. I wrote a blog post about it. I think we will always be works in progress- that is the sad truth- but what I know is we have it in us to keep at it and find the way that works for us!
90% is still so great! You don't need to do extremes to lose weight! Just do something you would be happy doing for the rest of your life because after you reach your goal weight, you have to do that maintenance the rest of your life. :)

I think I need a calorie control diet too. Just trying to find it!
