No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!
I am so stoked about this! It is possibly a FIRST in my lifetime! Can you believe it? Am I awake or am I dreaming? I am so proud of myself! :) I am mostly happy about my food choices today. A couple of negative choices: white bread and pre-packaged lunch meat. Mainly positive choices: plain yogurt, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, honey, green tea, mixed vegetables & 1% milk. I want to go get some soy milk tomorrow. Problem with soy milk is it's like crack cocaine to me. I crave it after I drink it-like it's a drug. Love, love, love soy milk! :) Ok, so my goal this week is to walk at least 30 minutes on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. On Monday, Wednesday & Friday lift weights and do floor exercises. I am going to try to choose healthy sweets, like sucking on a piece of dark chocolate and stopping after one! That will be the hard part. Stopping after one square! I want to drink at least 8 cups of water each day. I weighed today and again, I am at 190 lbs. So, I want to report at least a 2 lb weight loss next Sunday. I found out my daughter is coming out from PR for Christmas. I want to weigh 20 lbs less than I do right now when she arrives. My reward for losing 20 lbs will be a massage and a new outfit. :) I will definitely need the new outfit, but the massage will feel like a million bucks to me. Oh how I love a good professional massage! I am feeling good about this week. I hope everyone will meet their goals this week and here's to a fantastic, wonderful week to us all! :)
